Rent whole unit HDB 3 room flat-Insurance still valid? Post23 Oct 07 12:06 pm
Currently my flat is covered with The mandatory HDB Fire Insurance under my name as the occupant.
So, if I move out after I got tenants, is the insurance coverage still valid?

I mean, if fire occurs during my tenants’ stay, does the insurance company pay for the amount insured since in the policy I (and not my tenants) am the “occupant”?
