 HBD Flat For Rent - Number of Tenant Restricted |

I intend to rent out my whole flat (HDB).
Why the HDB fixed the MAXimum no. of tenants allowed per bedroom at 2 persons ? How long ago(outdated) is the policy?
This year the intake of foreigners into Sg labour market very high and the HDB haven't re-look/change that figure?
Can every agent who read this write to HDB so that they will realise this policy is outdated? |
