| Once a week, 20 buns, sounds ok. Unless he makes 20 buns everyday! I think that shouldn't be an issue. Especially so since you allowed cooking. |

gosh - will all you landlords get a life and stop prying on other ppl's business. U allowed him to cook and thats that. In your agreement, did you state what is the volume of cooking he is entitled to. I dont think so rite - so if he makes 20 to 50 buns per day - what in the world is your damn problem.
The question is not whether you shud trust him or not. Its to shut up and keep out of his business.
He pays the rent to include cooking so he is allowed to cook as much as he wants - its not like he started a restaurant in your house.
As for the person who said PRC is stingy. yeah well for all that stinginess, there are more billionares and millionares in that country that in most of other asian countries.
So what if they are stingy - thats cuz they are smart with money! |
