I have been staying with my parents for more than 10 years near Yew Tee. Well, Yew MRT station was not built when I first move in but after a while, the MRT station was completed and they did alot of testing at night.

I really interrupted my sleep sometimes and the road towards the school always keep horning.

Buying a house really have to consider several factor like,
* is it near the school (too noisy with their cca activities or national anthem)
* near roadside when by bus service such as 302, 307 will passby and you heard the noise at night. (result to have too closed the windows and on aircon)
* flop of crows keep flying near the tree causing them to build nest

Well, not only that.. do you know Yew Tee had a design and build and some of the flats near to the Yew Mei Condo can actually heard the Malaysia railway (towards JB). That is really noisy

So do your think, anyone living quite near to the MRT track, if yes can you give some comments how you endure this years..

* I install Aircon only to hear the aircon sound, but if i off my aircon, i can heard the MRT train passby.
