Hi i'm buyer. jUst a few mths ago, the seller of EC windermere offer me $535K 3+1, #13 with no view, now how much they offer? |

| Just check the listing in Windermere for a 3+1. There are several units marketing now in the range of $650K ~ $690K. the size of 3+1 range from 1281sqft ~ 1453sqft. |

thx alots, but too high already. nevr know u will really go check. plse keep me posted when mkt not so...maybe 1 day.... the unit tt last offer is the price i mentioned but the agent did not give me any advice and tt is why never take up the offer.  |

Really can sell at such high meh? I realised most/all the units which advertised since last yr were still avail. Ask them to wake up, price hike only for those in city!!!!!!  |

The last transaction for the 3+1 unit since nov 2007.
Nov 2007 658000 area:133 sqft
Nov 2007 638000 area:153 sqft
Nov 2007 650000 area:133 sqft
Dec 2007 625000 area:119 sqft
If you own a 3+1 unit in Windemere, what price will you be selling then?
Dont read too much into the asking price, most of the time you can negotiate if the seller cannot find a buyer after some time. |

The price is unlikely to go back 2007 pricing lah, wait long long... even US economy will also seem no impact in Asia like SG. Also ask seller to continue to hold till the pty age... At this price, must well pay a little bit more to buy newer ones!!  |
