if everyone go and buy, noone rent my sinking boat.... cannot, my sinking boat sink faster..... we need BIG TIME MISS the boat to rent my sinking boat.....pay for my retirement.... lah !!!

I wonder if these "FIGHTERS" really tough when they see face to face.. or just keep on exchanging words hahahaha.. I got this one very rude agent before who gave insulting messages.. what I did, I got one of my friend to pretend as a buyer and set up a meeting place, he was soo surprised when he saw me instead of a buyer... I almost whacked him like no tomorrow but my anger turned to laughter when he looked so frightened like a sissy girl, I think he peed in his pants, hahahaha.

You should have whacked him. Agents are arrogant bastards that get all -censored- as soon as there is a lot of demand for apartments. THEY are the ones who helped hype up the prices over the last year. I will step on each of their heads when prices go down and they will be BEGGING us to come view apartments.

actually, there is no need for agents since we have internet. ie we can post digital photos on the internet ourselves etc.

in first world country, agents are not needed. owners transact directly with buyers/tenants. the tenancy agreements and S&P agreements are all done by the owners and their lawyers.

from my observation in this forum diva is a great sage diva sing who is a Follower of the God Godiva and diva's main prophesy is that one day miracle will happen when the market will fall and fall so sell and sell. there are many followers of divas praying for the miracle to happen so that they can laugh at people who missed the boat.
