| we are now entering into the biggest bull run for property market in singapore.... for those property investor are seeing value.... those diva, uncle and followers, copycat who are many steps behind the market...they only know how to cut and paste bad news....from paper not knowing and understanding whta is the cause of the underlying factor contributing to the property value..... well for those listen to my advise will ride together with the property wave ......the higher the property price... the more crab .. "CRASH" " market down" stories coming in....because those are the miss the boat crab..... |

| wah, early morning I wake up, I see another joke on comedy central liao even after developer finally "pecah lobang" and admit mkt no good hor and that they will delay new launches, u desperate sellers and agents still die-die say bull run, price booming.... aiyoh, desperate sellers and slimey agents must be smarter than keppel land and other big boys in the property mkt, liao! |

we are now entering the 2nd phase of property boom in singapore.... the 1st phase of property boom happened in 1987... a recession year.....the first phase of property boom last for 10 years from 1987 to 1997...during that time any person who has enter the property market is laughing all the way to the bank...with at least 500% gain !!!!
the second phase of property boom happened from 2007 which is last year, so tell me how many percent gain you are expecting from this property gain ? how many more years to gooooooooooo ?cannot tell you now because we are only at the begining ......so many years to goooo... i have already predict after a few years later......ppl will start to report seeing value in property investment... buy buy buy...
for those MISS the BOAT one you still got chance.... the phase three proptery boom happen after 2118..... so dun worry... stilll got time to buy in after that..... alll the best.... |

| i have invested in my district 9 property back in 2005....i already see value in property market during that time...u talk about shares i have invested in share market with 600% gain.... so those ppl who follow my advise will get rich....but not you pls dun listen to me... |

aiyoh, now u ask me to fire my UBS and HVB banker, arh,,and engage you instead, izzit?!! but oklah, since i am a fair guy, i shd at least give u some credit for buying at the right time when prices were low,,,, tell u one secret, hor... i also brought some prop in district 9 in 2005 and just sold one last yr, before mkt sentiment go bad, liao! lucky sia! so now i not so desperate to offload, arh!  another thing, hor... since u advised me, let me return the favour to you, hor.... nvr play with other people's $ (aka bank) when u want to play this property mkt game, hor! i see many relatives/friends get burnt, liao!  and oso, dont be too greedy, hor. wait..wait..wait, sekali mkt crash!!! |
