So as long as STI remain above at this major support (2800 level)... thats isn't much adjustment to our property market! Just be prepard if later STI started to climb.. you still don't believe.. till above 3500.. 3600 level.. then is too late for you if you still hoping for any correction in property market, even for the next few years.. at least!
WE ARE NO LONGER HOPING FOR CORRECTION : 25% CORRECTION IS DONE ALREADY. HOPING IS NOW FOR 50% CRASH !! BEWARE !!! LOOK AT THE PROPERTY COUNTERS IN YOUR STOCK MARKET. DOWN 50-60% !! |

Went to The Quartz last Saturday to view the show flats, was hoping to see if the psf will drop but was told by the agent that it is selling at $734psf (higher than the last avg selling price pubilshed in some reports of $721psf).
Asked why the rise, the agent said that this area is booming, therefore the rise. Was also told that the place is 70% sold.
Everywhere I hear 70% sold, is this true or just a gimmick to attract attention? |

| Quote: | | Singapore's April factory production slid at its sharpest rate since records started in 1983 as drugs and tech output fell, providing fresh signs of slowing global demand and raising fears over weaker Singapore growth. |
Thats not good news. Soon factory kena layoff workers to cut costs.
Oil and inflation have spoilt the nice recovery in market that was happening in past month or so |

Demand Vs Supply do the Maths. |
1. Good buyable Supply = Total supply of all properties minus total Supply of unwanted trash properties
2. Good buyable Supply divided by Total supply of all properties = very little
3. Assume that demand stay same, price = high
maths correct or not? |

Don't know why nowadays Sat classified property sales is getting lesser & lesser.. last time 3 to 4 pgs for Dist 1-8, 9-10 & 11-21.. now is like 1 to 2 pgs.. & price also hold firm by sellers without much negoitation. |

They can hold as long as they can....nobody is buying ....as time goes by the selling price will be on a downwards pressure by then it's too late.
