Parc Emily @ Dboby Ghaut is still a better buy as compare to those new lauch at the same surronding area at a much more higher price , still have to wait for at least 2-3 years... for investment wise, Parc Emily it is freehold at district 9, going to TOP soon, from heavy weight developer CDL near to SMU and casino, some more the circle line @ Dboby Ghaut MRT.....

I kena played out by Diva & his followers that last quarter confirm crash!
Recently reported that last quarter up 6.8%, and worst I realised that recently prices of most properties up again quietly when I check around most of the selling price in the market!!
Now I do not want to believe in them anymore!!  |

Recession is coming. Property sure to hit boottom in three years time. Meanwhile why hurry to your grave by buyibg a overpriced property and be foreclose by the banks in a years's time? |

Are you in dreamland or something. Or maybe you are some kind of "Dogleg" of some broking company or developer trying to spread rumours of price rise . The truth is prices are slipping and flippers are dieing by the roadside. Please take your buullshit somewhere else! |

Bases on fundamentals, y u guys think that the current property market will corrects now? When exactly the day will be and how low can the price drop to? Everyone knows that property price will definitely go down after reaching a certain point of time. But when and how low?
I personally believe that property price will start to drop when Sg goes into a recession. But, the truth is very unlikely that will happen this yr.
I believe the day will come when China economy gets into trouble....
If u can predict so well, you shd be earning big bucks already by investing in 2005. |

correct already invested my Gold mine Parc Emily in 2005....
before singapore i have already invested in China property with a 300% cash in gain....so my advise is that before investing in property, invest in yourself first and listen to the right expert for advise....understand the eoonomy, property, stock markets...
all diva followers are "SLOWER" who got no real live investment property experience but talk alot |

My forcast in the current singapore situation even US recession will not affect singapore property price (mid to high end) still holding up strongly with lower activities only. Buyer has 3 months selective buying windows during this period....Seller who is looking for long term, pls hold back for the next wave of up turn, property price will be another sky rocket high for many more years within your expectation.... watch out what i say now |

latest JAN 2008 Parc emily transacted at $1459psf.... other property transation also generally holding up strongly...even higher than waht i expect at $1400...
i like this trend... moving quitely and slow;ly .... |
