What the BIG deal of owning a private property, most HDB dweller have already roof over thier head. Look around most them even driving Merc, BMW, Lexus, Sports Car etc...
No worries to pay off BIG housing loan, market crash etc.... With tons of money in the bank and good sound sleep every night. During school holiday can go for vacation worldwide.
A house is still a house thats why its call "Home Sweet Home". |

Aiyo.. in properties why you bother whether ppl arrogant or not.. Buy to stay or buy to rent is up to them what!
If they make some $$ from properties.. that is their $$.. if they lose.. also their $$.. thats nothing to do with you!
Usually the rich doesn't bother all this... the poor also can't bother too much.. but there is a small group among the poor are sour grapes cannot tahan seeing ppl doing buying & selling while they are just watching!!  |

Everyone spend $$ in a different way..
Some ppl got lots of money in the bank... till the day he die, the money still in the bank
Some ppl prefer nice car than nice house... so drive Merc & stay HDB
Some ppl prefer nice house & no car... so stay condo & take public transport.
Some ppl prefer to stay HDB... yet enjoy life in other way like go tour etc.
So why bother what ppl decision... since every ppl preference is different. |

What you think Buyer cannot afford to buy private property. No problem lah...
Why you want to let go your property is it? Wait long long lah
Buyer rather buy from developer than from re-sale.
Just stay in your million dollar pigeon hole and service your loan lah.... |
