i think i know why price stays high...
owners already took lots of money out from their stocks last year and could pay up their debts anytime. so no pressure to sell. |

| My friends in US dared not invest in US any longer. They are planning to invest (buying properties) in Asian countries instead, preferably Singapore, taking into account its political stability and well-planned infrastructure development. The possible US recession may not have detrimental impact on the property market of Singapore. |

| Hospitals, schools and the assembly line at an airplane factory look like pretty good places to be with a recession looming and unemployment rising. Construction workers, real estate agents and auto workers aren't expected to fare as well. |

| I expecting the construction sector will slow down after the complete of both IR for the next 2 to 3 years.... but now the gov continue with the mega project in Jurong East, so I'm believe the construction sector will continue to grow with continuation of new project gov gonna release in years down the line. |

The sellers are panicking and resorting to mud-slinging and name-calling because they are running out of logical arguments. They feel insecure because they are staring a major financial loss in the face. Cut them some slack, they really need it.  |
