Not surprising at all .... coz most guy in town area are more expose to the global market n better informed and will react accordingly or else those in the suburb are still living in their denial state and laggy when in comes to pricing ... for eg... when price goes up .. they will be slow to catch up ... n on the same token ... when price drop ... they will slow to reduce too .... hope it helps... ha ha  |

when i went to the show flat in 2005, choose the unit, within the first two hours sign the cheque, sign the option, everything settle.......that it make hundreds of thousand.... |
