THIS SAM AGENT BEWARE OF HIM.THEY OPERATE IN A GROUP AND LOOK LIKE GANGSTER.WHEN YOU GO FOR VIEWING WITH THEM AND IF YOU LIKE THE FLAT AND PRESENT YOUR OFFER ,THEY WILL ASK YOU TO GIVE 1 MONTH COMM,SOMETIMES 1 1/2 MONTH IF ALOT OF TENANTS ALSO WANT THE UNIT.


AND FOR OWNER,IF THEY DON'T COLLECT AGENT FEE FROM YOU, DO YOU READY THINK YOU GOT YOURSELF A GOOD DEAL,THINK WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN HALF WAY THROUGH THE TENANCY IF YOU TENANT GIVE YOU PROBLEM AND YOU NEED THEM TO COME DOWN AND HELP YOU. DO YOU THINK THEY WILL COME DOWN AND WASTE THEIR TIME AND PETROL MONEY ON YOU SINCE YOU NEVER PAY THEM ANYTHING. THERE IS NOTHING FREE IN THESES WORLD. ANYWAY I AM ALSO AN AGENT. LATER WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE , I SAW HIS COLLEAGUE COLLECT AGENT FEE FROM THE OWNER. THEN I ASK HIM WHY HE COLLECT FROM THE OWNER SINCE HE SAID OWNER NOT PAYING IN THE FIRST PLACE. HE HAVE THE CHEEK TO TELL ME NONE OF MY BUSINESS. I CALL HIM AFEW DAYS BEFORE THE HANDOVER DATE,HE TOLD ME HE IS BUSY AND ASK ME TO DO THE HANDOVER,I AGREED.
