Hi Everyone,
I would like to have some opinion from you guys regarding hdb flat somewhere in sembawang, 15 minutes walk from MRTwhich im planning to buy. Is it resonable to buy this flat at S$260K? the valuation value is S$235K + S$25K above valuation. The condition is 7year old flat, no need to have any renovation and its move-in condition.
Your opinion is highly appreciated.

Hai friend, if you ask me, its a good buy. I guess this should be a 4 rm flat. Demand for 4rms n 3rms are very high in the north area. Most of the demand in these areas are created by SPRs.
If its move in condition n doesnt require any renovations, its definetly a good buy. N its only 7 years old.

Hi, definitely is a 4 room flat having an area of 90sqm.
