Hai friend, if you ask me, its a good buy. I guess this should be a 4 rm flat. Demand for 4rms n 3rms are very high in the north area. Most of the demand in these areas are created by SPRs.
If its move in condition n doesnt require any renovations, its definetly a good buy. N its only 7 years old. |

Hi, definitely is a 4 room flat having an area of 90sqm.
