| tenant bypass the first agent |

I have been serving this tenant for office space rental and helped them to find a suitable office space. he submit the letter of intent through me and the case pending as there is the some problem. l
ater this tenant use another agent and closed the same office space which I had show them. am I still entitle to claim the commission as I am the one who show them the same office and even submit the letter of intent ? |
