Dear All,

I'm a PR who stayed and worked in Singapore for more than 8 years.
It was never easy adjusting yourself to a foreign country especially in finding accomodation when odds are stacked against you.
At first, i embarked the career as Property Agent to help myself and my closed friends.
As time goes by, i helped more fellow countrymens and i have accumulated a long ready list of buyers/sellers/landlord.

So if anyone need my help, do feel free to contact regarding any buying/selling/renting issues.
I will do my best to help you sincerely.

It would be good to share your long ready list of buyers/ sellers/ landlord so that those who have houses for sale or wish to buy/ rent certain houses can deal with you directly. I don't think keeping a long list with you over a pro-longed period is healthy because buyers would have probably gone to other agents or sellers directly to deal if you could not help them expediently. Sellers might be stuck with an exclusive with you but that will also end in a few months and sellers will look for other agents or buyers when you don't deliver.

If you are concern about agents undercutting you, you can give generic but true examples such as - 5A flats in Bishan St 12 for sale at $400K, high floor, or buyers looking for Semi Detached Houses for rebuild in Serangoon Gardens that is priced at $600 p.s.f.

Just to add on to Helpful's comments. There are many agents who pretend to have buyers/ sellers and landlords when they have none.

Honestly, if you really have buyers/ sellers/ landlords, differentiate yourself from agents that gave empty talks and fake hopes and promises, state the location, price, etc. like what helpful said so that you can get connected and close the deal.
