Never mind lah..it's their choice to wait mah..they want to wait, let them wait. later they will say that you are an agent! This is the mentality of most Singaporean...they cant think beyond tmrw..that's why they are lose to FTs...they cant compete with FTs but instead of doing something about it..they complain the goverment about those FTs...this is the mentality of Singaporeans...

No need to advise them anything..if all of them buy...there will be no more rental to collect...

True!!!! True!!!! They like to wait & see next...next...next quarter report before they can make decision. But i dout when the price start drop, they still wait & see next...next...next quarter report to drop more. Those are the typical Sporean thinking. Kiasi if buy now, kiasu if their friend buy it cheaper then them.

Yes...I work in pharma sector and have similar problem. Not easy to find another job either. Just an year back I got a great bonus and life was looking rosy and now suddenly such a change.

Really cant predict future. Thinking of going back to school and upgrading skill. Will have to postpone plans for having kids as my wife cannot afford to take break from work now. Life really tough. Crying or Very sad

Now is Oct. People still havent felt the effects of Recession. Like the Paper said. Dec then people in SG will feel the effect after huge companies cut people. If 10% of SG lose job then you think property can still maintain itself. Do look at the HDb housing statistic at 1996. What happened. the index was at 136.9, then in 1999 it was at 98.5. In just 2 years it crashed like water. I dont expect it to crash so much like last time but i am guessing it will drop back to the 110 - 115 region. Just a hunch. But i guess you gotta wait for 2-3 quarters for this to take place. Things take time.
