my tenants keep food in wardrobe provided Post21 Apr 08 10:53 pm
I rent out my rooms to China factory technicians, furnished with wardrobe but I discover that they keep food items more than their clothings such as potato, eggs, rice, salt, tomato, etc.

Do you think I should just let it be or should I do something about it? what should I do?

Thnak you for your brilliant solution.

Do u allow them to cook? If yes, it's ok.
By the way, u rent the rooms to them, u r nt suppose to go into their room without informing. It's people privacy.

Food stuff especially meant for cooking should not be stored in the room wardrobe. You should provide some space in the kitchen for them to keep their food stuff

Keep food in wardrobe is not hygene as bacteria and coroach can stay and multiply. mosquito and flies will come too.
If rent to PRC China ppl, DONT allow cooking.
