I have a photocopy of his IC which I shall pass to you.
His method of operation is as follows. He would usually call up estate agents from advertised listings telling them that he wants to rent his place. Or he would say he wants to rent out his place when agents call him. He would then accept a deposit from the potential tenant. He would then later cancel the agreement and refuse to rent the place out or to return the deposit to the tenant. There have been 2 police reports made by our clients and agents against him. According to them, the police told them that this man has several police reports made against him for this sort of thing.
He may also be under investigation from HDB for this matter. |
