co-broke - (cobroke / co-b ) means 2 property agents combine effort to close a deal, for example an agent representing buyer and another agent representing seller. when an agent put 'no co-broke' in his property listing, it usually means that there is another agent already representing the seller and his role is to find a suitable buyer. sometimes, eventhough rarely, the agent would like to take the commision from both seller and buyers, thus not co-broking with other agent. generaly speaking, the remarks is meant for other agents. it does not much affect for sellers, buyers, tenants, and owners.
VTO / View to Offer - means seller has not decided on selling price, and can be interpreted as doing market testing. Usually the owner is expecting relatively selling high price.

Terrace houses are a long stretch of landed units.. with each end of units known as Corner Terrace.. Semi-D, as the name implies, is 2 landed units separated by a partition wall in between.. so it's like a Detached house split into 2.. |
