| Agents/ Tenants, BEWARE of of company GloXXX-Xhouse/ U-XXXse |

Hi all,
To All Agents,
There is this company GloXXX X-houXX/ U-XXXse, their ex-company is PxxFxxx going around stating they want many units for their company lease under this name. They operate around Joo Chiat/ Amber/ Katong area.
The fact is they are not paying commission on their side which is fair enough as the rental is always above $2.5k.
Usually most agents heard they are getting many units from them, they will be very happy to serve them. But the fact is, they will view many units but in the end they take you like a driver fetch them here and there without any commitments in the end.
The runners are mostly china guys in their 20s not even 25years old. They will view the houses and say go back and discuss with their bosses.
They will take pictures and write details of your units on 1 letterhead with their logo.
Their operation is very simple, they will take push down your price like from maybe a rental of $3.5k they want $3k. From there, they will re-rent out to $3.5k or $4k. They will sublet to their tenants mostly students or workers or staffs they claim at per person $1k or $1200 x 6 person. They still earn extra $1k-$3k per month after paying off the rent. Imagine, they took your unit at a low cost without paying you any com and on top of that they sublet as they are renting your unit on company lease.
Most agent only get probably the 1st month rental commission, while imagine you help them to get extra income every month for the next 2 years. This is really ridiculous when I learned of this. And also most owners like company lease so behind the company lease, your owners wont know that this company sublet to their students or other clients.
You earn lesser com as they try to push your rental low as they claim they will wan to work with you long term for other units but the matter of the fact they are pitching to many agents this same old pitch in order to get you to push the rental lower so they can mark up to ask their tenants to pay for it so they will earn
All agents, help your owners to protect their home, you wont know what happen to the owner's units, as they sublet to any one out there.
To all Tenants/ Students or any PRCs workers,
Don't ever go to this company as they claim they help you to rent an unit on your behalf b'cos company lease, they can get cheaper for you, that's not true. You can always go direct to owners or agents from reliable property company, you know your rental definitely is not marked up way high. Imagine you are paying to their company with extra $1k to $2k every month when you get it straight from the agent or the owners at the original rent, you will save so much each month.
When you open the newspapers or surf property web like this, you can get tons of agents or owners who can help you on your property needs, you do not have to go to company like this one.
I am posting this because I do not want more owners, agents or tenants to be victim of this so-called accomodation company. Owners' rental push way down, tenants' rental they mark up way higher than what this company is getting from you agents.
Lastly, if you are not employed by the company, there is basically no reasons for you to be under a company lease.
