Suasana Bangsar is the latest project by UM Land. It is located in Bangsar which is an established residential estate in KL. Its close to KL city and Petaling Jaya.
It is close to the Mid-valley shopping mall/Gardens. Close by, there will be new developments coming up like the new Bangsar Junction, and the Eco city opp. mid-valley.
The expected rental returns of this development is 7%-8%. Current prices of properties in Bangsar is going for above 30% of prices of Suasana Bangsar. Hence it is a good investment with huge potential in the future, especially when all the developments are up.
