| I rented out my room about a year ago. I felt that I am treating my tenant too nice until she felt she deserved everything. To all tenants, please bear in mind that what ever you have or use are considered privileges. They are not entitlement! I am always accommodating and if tenant have any unhappy incidents can voice out or even discuss. If once, any of the so call "facilities" are shut down due to some small issues. Tenant should discuss with owner on how to solve it rather than to terminate rent. To all tenants, be accommodating and appreciative. If not, get your ass out of my house! |
