| Don't not trust the agent kenneth. |

Recently i rented my unit out with this person Kenneth acted as my agent.
After 1 mth plus, i found out there was some problems with the tenant, so immediately called the agent to settle the problems.
He told me that he will settle the problems but after that he went missing without settling the problems for us. Seem that he wanted to avoid us after taking our commission.
Lesson learnt to owners or tenants, pls write down the address of your agent so that you know where to find him if needed. |
