 Do you have good agent to recommend? |

There are many complain on some not so professional agent.
It very much like gamble. You will never know them.
Does any one have good experience with agent that you want to recommend?
I will need one soonest.

Every agent will at least say that they are good, some will say that they are very good and majority will say that they are excellent.
Good or not so good, one thing is sure. If you are a seller, they will ask you to up their commission and give them exclusive.
If you are a buyer, they will bring you go house hunting and pester you to buy and maybe give them a comm even when you are buying pte house. At the same time, they will collect comm from the seller or seller's agent. Heard of story that they even collude to get seller to sell or buyer to buy at a price where their comm is the highest.
This is sad but I think is reflective of the reality of life. If you don't use agent's services, they will call and pester you for a seller. If you are a buyer, everywhere you go, most of the time, you meet the agent. |

| agents are businessman/ woman. Of course must earn and strive to earn more. |

| Gosh the fact that you post this shows you lack of EQ. Whether or not Rachel is a good agent is all subjective. I do know for sure you do not have a good mindset. |
