 Looking to buy EA HDB flat - priced at valuation (strictly). |

Hi I am looking to buy a Executive Apartment priced at valuation. Strictly.
Only got money to pay the agent for his %.
Budget below $400,000 (Max)
Looking for houses at Jurong West, Boon Lay, Hougang, Serangoon Central Areas. Other locations also welcome as long as not above $400,000 valuation.

Hi vijam,
I am also looking for EA priced at valuation only.
but being looking for quite some times already, all involve cash also.
btw i think your asking ea price of 400k a bit unrelalistic.
Now eas are around 420-XXX.
I am lokking at sk area. also cash call of 20-50K. Wow!

btw you can neg with the agent. 1/2 % or 1 % up to you, 0% i don't know.
you try 0% first see seller agent will give in. If not then 1/2 %
don't go in straight and pay 1%. can neg one.just my 2 cents |

| I never meant not to pay agent fees, Agent fees he can get his 1%, $4000 cash of cos i have but i not gonna fork out $$$ for the owner of the flat, if really no choice, max give the flat owner $2-3k |

dont get offended. I meant good. if you can neg with agent 1/2 % ,why not? I am trying to neg with one agent (seller) see if he agreed.
like that you can save 2000 more to buy LCD leh |

I nearly fell off my chair.... 400K can buy 5room only la.

might as well advertised here to buy condo in orchard for 400K:)

This post is for those agents to get thiers money worth, They can still earn thier 1% payment. If they can convince the buyer to sell at valuation or if they have a client that urgetly needs to sell at valuation.
Recession coming soon.
US & Israel might go to war with Iran.
Oil is peaking higher each time.
Companies are starts to slow down and some of them have closed.
I shall take my chances and wait.
