KEEP AWAY FROM THIS EXTREME BAD ATTITUDE PN DIRECTOR!!!!!!! Post02 Jul 08 2:08 am
Today is supposed to be a day of joy when I finally collected my house key (Completion)! BUT!!!! I am extremely angry today!

Throughout the entire process of the resale transaction, ever since viewing to completion, I am extremely disappointed with the PN associate who KNOWS NUT! He is a new Agent, we are lucky to be his first buyer! He not only doesn't know anything about protecting the buyer interests and rights, he is also someone who only knows covering his ASS! I am not going to detail down what mistakes he made, what poor services he gave, what are the incidents of disappointments.... Anyway, I have a very bad experience in the entire process! Here comes the 1st appointment & subsequently today we went for the completion appointment, this moron associate had his Mentor (Director) assisting him on both appointments, he has been quite helpful. We expressed our unhappiness and we demand for clarification with the seller as there was miscommunications created due to Agents' communication! We communicated and finally... we happily collected the key and here comes the best par! He asks for the commission chq, I agreed to give despite the unhappiness, unsatisfaction of their service! But before we give the cheque, we deem ourselves doing a good deed to explain to the Associate why we are not happy with his service, why are we disappointed and why we are rather reluctant to give him the cheque! He acknowledged the mistakes he made, understands where are the pointers he did that unsatisfied his client! At the VERY MOMENT we passed the cheque to the Associate, this Senior Director walked over and said Go Lah, and snatched the receipt from the Associate and throw the Receipt at me! Its so horrible, i told him off immediately of his rudeness! He spoke back rudely and responded very badly! His face is extremely fierce and unfriendly at all! Is this the TRUE COLOR of ALL Agent? But I think THIS Director is an extreme Case! I wonder how he climbed to this level and It is really a Shame of him to behaved like this infront of his associate, publicly ... Hey C'mon, we are the client afteralll! BUT thanks Goodness he shows his TRUE COLOR or else I would still believe in his disguised face! Hey one more thing... only today, he revealed that He is actually the Associate's Dad!

My message to all buyers/sellers .... I believe Everyone feels fair to pay commission to Agents who helped us in the resale transaction. BUT we should only give to those who really provided good service! I don't think any one likes to face such bad attitude Agents!So Beware of this Director of PN! His surname is LIN! If you want to know who is he, you can send me reply to this post! I would be most Glad to provide you his information and please, keep away from him before you Regret!!

Yes I agreed & sympathize with your bad experience. Just forget abt the whole thing, he is not worth remebering abt! You have better things to do like making your house into your dream home. Cheer up...Let bygones by bygones.

That's why sellers and buyers should now stop pampering agents with over price commission. Cut commission to a level that is fair for the work they put in and the risk that they undertake.

As a guide, I think it should not be more than 0.5% commission.

i have seen good agents, mainly from ERA, DW, HSR ... they served me well although finally i did not buy the house from them yet I bought from Propnex green horn! Out of sympathy of this poor guy, i decided to give him my business! However he don't appreciate and dun even want to waive the GST where other agents are all willing to waive for me! haiz.. One word for Propnex: Please engage better training systems for your Agents! and to all PN Agents, be more Pro pls!!!!!

I know of other companies love giving the agents title "Vice President" or "Associate Director" but in fact they are as good as any agents on the street. Can you imagine a new agent holding the title of "Associate Director", but dressed up & acted like ......?

Eg. A VP from Company 'A' call another VP from Compan 'B' & ask: Can I co-broke your HDB common room? Insulting, right?

I think there should be website created for direct seller and buyer deals. This website shall forbid all agent. We should be protected from the unprofessional agent

I think there should be a system in IRAS for goverment to monitor agent performance annually. And also for consumer to review on the professionalism of an agent. Imagine this bunch of unprofessional agent doing this things to foriegner..... Totally a disgrace to the nation as a civilise society

1 day while having my dinner at a coffeeshop. I overheard a girl's conversation on the phone. I have no intention to evasdrop what she is talking but she's basically shouting into the phone. And guess what.......... She's a property agent. In the conversation, she call the person pig and waste her time.
Is this the kind of atittute people from the service industry should have?? Should such atitute be condone? Do agent around here want such people to stained the name of property agent. I personally think that girl is hxll of a bxtxh.
