Hi Dear LANDLORDS OR OWNERS,
I have many ready COMPANIES on hand that take about 4-5 units from me every month without fail. I had been servicing their COMPANIES for a period of time already. My clients need CONDOS, HDB, PTE APTS, LANDED property whole unit rental for their staffs, expats, clients.
Most of the staffs or clients of theirs ranging from Msians Chinese, PRCs, Swiss, Americans, Australians, Japanese, Koreans, French, Vietnam, Indonesians, Philipinos, Hongkongers, Singaporeans and very little Indian expats, mynamar, thais.
Most of the people staying in the units are majority white collar executives ranging from Senior Mgr, HR, Admin, Accountants, Engineers, Head of department, Financial analyst and many managers and executives.
They requires units that is between:
1) 1+1/2+1/3+1/4+1/5+1/6+1
2) rentals between $2.8k to $23k depending on wat is the size of the unit you have. The condition and the furnishing and aircons of the unit. Lastly they will consider the accessiblility of ur unit to their staff or clients' workplace.
3) Lease can be 1 year to 5 years depending on the landlord's preference.
4) The staffs or clients staying there will not change during the period of the lease term.
SOME of the past transactions I have done for the companies:
Case A)For example, for 2+1, they usually give it to 1 staff to stay either with his wife. He is an engineer from Msia, rental ard $2.8k simsville.
Case B) 3+1, rio vista $3.5k for 3 financial analyst from Msia Chinese.
Case C) 2+1, Citylight $4.5k for 2 japanese ladies, HR exe and HR mgr.
Case D) 4+1, Goldenhill park $4.8k for 4 Samsung engineers.
Case E) 3+1, Astoria Park $3.5k for 3 japanese chefs.

and many other cases, namely condos or apts like anywhere near MRT, and near amentities.
HDBs: They take mostly for their technical staff like technicians, junior executives, admin, IT, and restaurants, clerks.
All the units they taken from me will have a housekeeper that will oversee the units cleanliness and other misc needs.
