 wanted: walk up or older style apt |

Clean & reliable ex pat tenant is looking for a walk-up apt on the east side. Prefer closer to the city but open to anything within budget.
Apt can be new, old, doesn’t really matter. But must be around or less than 1.5k. Please don’t call or text if it doesn’t meet this criteria. I’m ok to take my time finding one, not desperate so I won’t pay more. If I do find the right place though I’m ready to move in anytime.
