General Servicing
General servicing should be performed every 3 months for residential units and monthly for commercial units to ensure the air-conditioner is working at its best condition. Various usage patterns and environment factors may vary the duration of servicing.

What it encompass?
 Flush & clean evaporator coil.
 Flush & clean drain pan & drain pipe.
 Clean & check air-filter.
 Clean & check condenser coil.
 Clean blower wheel and blade.
 Lubricate rotatable parts (if necessary).
 Check compressor suction and discharge pressure.
 Check and test system.

Chemical Servicing
Chemical servicing are recommended annually or biyearly for residential units and annually for commercial units. It is also necessary in cases where air-conditioner becomes badly clogged and condition does not improve with general servicing. Chemical servicing involves dismantling of the device and performs a thorough wash of internal parts via chemicals.

What it encompass?
 Dismantle and chemical flushing of fan coil unit and all parts.
 Dismantle and chemical flushing of drainage system.
 Check all electronic control components.
 Check all setting.
 Lubricate rotatable parts (if necessary).
 Top up of refrigerant (R-22) gas.
 Check and test system.

Servicing of your air conditioner should be done at regular intervals to keep it at tip top condition. Yearly maintenance contract is offered by us which enables you to save on maintenance costs and enjoy the various benefits rendered by us.

Is your air-conditioner malfunctioning, leaking, or not cold? We provide you with consultation and advice on the cost and methods of repair, as well as explore the most cost effective solution.

What it encompass? Detect problem with the air-conditioner.
 Provide quotation on solution and parts required.
 Provide a service report on problem(s) detected and recommended solution(s)
 Advise and explain to customer on problem and solution.

Price: $30.00 (nett)
Note: Price inclusive of transportation and examination charges. Will waive upon confirmation of repair job.

icic.. i thought what happen to my aircon. Don't dare to switch on for days le. Then what are your operating hours? As i need to work during daytime, and will either be home at night or during weekends. In addition, how much do you guys charge for checking??

No worries, we'll go at any timing to your convenience. However, it is subjected to availability of time slot on the respective day. We'll try to assist you with a ideal timing as much as possible.

As for checking, we charge $30.00 (nett). This is inclusive of transportation and examination charges. Will waive upon confirmation of repair job.
