this is the best deal I've seen so far so grab it fast !
Siglap Court ( 8 Siglap Rd ) near Siglap Centre and many amenities
and near Marine Parade and East Coast Parkway !
please sms me if you want the photos to get a feel of the unit versus price
for the $2.1K unit - there are 3 units
for the $1.9K unit - there are 2 units
and for the $1.7K unit - there are 3 units ...
from Aug08 onwards - the other mirror image side renovation completed
will have identical units including the smaller $1.5K units
