1. DONT EVER ENTER THE TENANTS ROOM
2. LET HIM DO WHAT EVER HE WANTS IN THE ROOM AS LONG AS HE DOESNT SMOKE OR DAMAGE ANYTHING IN THE ROOM
3. ALLOW GUESTS AND VISITORS - COME ON - WE TENANTS HAVE FRIENDS AND LOVED ONES AS WELL |

hi... there is no hard and fast rules for room rental..
landlord n tenant MUST layout their requirement. and if both party agreed
,all well and honor the agreement ...... if not let it go...
dont forget....both of them are living TOGETHER.. |
