Haiz,have just paid deposit for a room for two pax now the other fella want to back out.how to settle?
agent fee and 1st mth not paid yet cos haven't move in.
first the 'friend' say ok then suddenly back out.
it's not small sum it's really more than one month salary.how?
anybody or agent can advise.
feel very confuse and pai seh |

Find another person to share. Worse case, negotiate with agent/ owner that your friend back out and ask for a reduction in rental because only one person staying.
I think the best option is to buy your own house. |
