Hi All,

Owner by HP = 96913334 is involved with a fraud tenant agreement

Address = hougang ave 7 ( Evergreen condo )

Her method is to lure the prospective tenant into paying 1 month deposit + 1 month rent

after that she will tell the tenant that they are unable to move in
then she makes promises to refund the money and never did.

there has already been a few cases against her

we are thinking to take a legal action against this breach of contract and scam

any other suggestion?

is the owner staying in blk 31? 4th floor by the name of dave? hv dealt with him b4 n hv close deal b4.

so far the tenant stayed till at least 7 mths.

r we talking about the same guy??

It's a condo.... And owner is a she...not dave..

I Think i know who you talking about.........its a indian lady owner. She claim to have some financial problem, she is remarried blur blur.......act until so poor thing like that.
