Well....i have check the area already.
The Yew Mei Green and Windermere are classified under Private Apartment and the price range around S$ 485k to S$ 575k
As you are looking a place to buy, price vary on where the unit is facing, the renovation...etc.
I have a few list of those properties on sales and if you are interested, do call me and I'll help you book appointment where i can bring you to view the units.
If the price is over your budget, I'll help you to do the negotiate.

Hehee where is meyer road? Previously i view a unit at northvale but the condition is that bad and u wont believed. Think over shd hv get it, now got to "source" again... |
