To all, I have had bad encounters with this specific agent King Lin a female agent who is marketing her own unit currently. She sounded so insincere when I called her to enquire more about her unit. She then complained that my client might not have the budget and so on. All these happened even before we viewed the unit. Such an arrogant agent. I personally think that we should be humble as we are marketing other's property and helping others source for their ideall unit. Do not be so arrogant. What goes arounds, comes around.

Thanks for sharing with us! Btw, if u encounter the pax u r talking to dun sound sincere, just keep the conversation short cos' if u communicate somemore, u only make urself more angry.
