Becos contract stated refund deposit only. |

| if he's already paid full month rental until 19 Sept, you should return him one month deposit, not half a month. |

ya, i will refund him the deposit in full.
But he request us to refund him the monthly rental which pay us on 18 Aug.
He will stay fm 18 aug to 30 Aug. Moving in to new place on 1 Sept. Request us to refund him half the rental. But i never ask him to leave so early, he can stay till 19 Sept then leave but he dont want.
Contract never say must return. I not too sure how other owner handle this type of case.
To me, we are losing $$, we have to return back the deposit in full + half mth rental.
Please advice.
