During viewing, I told my prospective tenant my "systematic way" of using Washer. First, put daily dirty clothings into 1 pail, then on weekend the pail should have enough no. of clothings to be put into washer full load.
If don't agree, I ask them to look for other rooms at other places.
Any "extra" need to use Washer, must pay me $5 per wash. I
