Please beware of renting a room at BLK 106, #09-18X, AMK Ave 4. The Chinese owner is a cheater. Get advance rental and borrow money from tenant. Promise to pay but will delay and end up will not pay. This is due to the owner is a gambler and always think a way to cheat the tenant money. Surprisingly, the owner sleeps at living room just to rent out the room to tenant. The most important problem is the owner will not return tenant deposit even the tenant had given 1 month notice. The owner will give a lot of execute and reason to deduct from the deposit and end up no deposit return to the tenant.
Do not be the next victim to this owner. Be careful and alert when rent a room. |
