Malaysian PR Owner (Working Adult couples)
Rental - $550 (single Female only). All rentals are neg. Looking to rent out to a lady.
Fully Furnished with 1 Single Bed, Wardrobe, Fans, TV, Reading Table, and Internet services(Wired or Wireless) with option to add on Cable TV services(Only need to pay additional about $10). Light Cooking only and can use the Washing Machine facility. No pets allowed and the house is clean and neat.
The room will be ready by Mid September 2008.
Our place is just 7 minutes walk to MRT or 2 bus stops with 3 services to Seng Kang MRT if you prefer not to walk.
