| Then in this case, this market is indeed short of unit for rental. Anyway, there are still super agent around in the Condo section as you can see he/she have so many units available. Maybe everyone should go look for them? |

| Agents tactics. They must say they have many units or many tenants available so that owners or tenants will call them. Who will call them if they say they are still sourcing? They must lied in order to make a living. That is why they are called AGENTS. |

Many agents claim to have many units at all areas but when I call them, the agents claim that the units have been taken up and insist that I leave my details for future contacts.
This is their cruel tactics to resource tenants.
Don't call agents advertising that they have many units. Call agents that have proper info advertised. |

hi friends....do u know how many tenant,buyer, looking for property everyday..not 1 or 10, but by hundreds....and do you know how fast is the property will be taken upon advertised,, not 1 or 2 week or 2 to 3 day.. but with 12hrs...esp for rental. in good location and right price....
some r taken within hour |

Are u referring to stocks or shares market. Fast within hrs? Look at the Post here, how many times being posted? |

What Crucial Tactics?? isnt it better if u leave ur contacts so that The Agent can really call u back? This is the way to make agents work for u, thas their job. even its their ways to get tenants, its also good for u as somone who wants a unit badly...its a fair market, who comes fast, who eat the cake!!! |

didnt u know that most of the property are from agent's database...where
owners and agent pool in their property ,,,and all agent can access it,,,
so some agent may post the property here....some there some some
everywhere
but is taken the next day... esp cheap and good location,,,, |
