| If I am the buyer that post this, i would rather spend that 10k to get the hse..cos at least there are chances to get a hse less then 15k together with agent fees.... |

good way to tempt an agent to backstab some seller 
I wont be surprised if you get your flat. Competition is very tough in housing market now and 10K could mean a LOT to someone. |
