Dear Tenants,
Common Room for rent at Boon Lay Ave, near Boon Lay Place Shopping Centre.
The room is neat, clean & fully furnished, and with aircon/electical fan.
The monthly rental fee is $400, NOT inclusive of Utilities Bill, because the owner is not staying in the unit during weekday, they will only come back during weekend for simple house cleaning, so any tenant have to pay the Utilities Bill itself.
Light Cooking is allowed, but NO heavy cooking.
