| Is he the one that is a bit plump and wear spec. i went to one of his unit in CCK and he is like ignoring me all the way talk to owner only,... and i think he is a liar as he told me that the house owner dont pay him commisiion then ask me to pay 2% for the owner. |

Hey dude i think u r wrong lar.. he is HSR SVP and have abt more than 4/500 agents.. i seen him before wear spec.. quite proud looking type yah...like unreachable type leh. |

Why The Big HOO HA about people proud and arrogant.
Each and anyone have their rights.
Each dog has its day.
Each person have their right to be proud of themselves if they have acheived something.
Of course its still good to be humble! If you feel they are not up to your standard, ignore them!
I am sure that there is a black sheep in every company and even in your own home.
Can you tell me all the property companies in Singapore are all 100% holy and their agent are all saints?
I've purchased my house from ERA, my aunt bought a house from Propnex agent. My friend bought a house from C21. But they had bad experience from them. We take it to stride when these agents gave us problems. I don't see us lamenting and moaning to the whole world when these agents did us wrong and provided bad service.

I was told by my friend that a lady agent tried to entice him into signing an exclusive by providing "extra service". I didn't catch it until he explained more about it to me. I was quite shocked but this also point to the fact that property agency is a very competitive business.
If it is really so competitive, I don't understand why agents can still be acting so proud. I thought that they should be more humble and friendly. |

| hmm.. Every Agency surely have some black sheep if not alot. As a agent, i encounter Tons of rude and unprofessional agent from all the agencies. Well, if you find them rude or proud, dun use their services or dun work with them. Nothing else tat can be done |
