| i know reeve personally, he helps me alot in doing recruitment, almost can share everything with him, those who dunno him will say he is how lian, know him will say he a peson will help u in every way he can.... although fat, how lian sometimes, wear spec, still a nice person after all.... |

| I had a very bad ordeal with an agent frm HSR by the name of Justin. I smsed him whether he has any flat not asking for cash or above valuation. i was thinking at times agents do handle divorce cases that need to be sold off urgently at valuation prices. His reply to me was, PLEASE DONT MESS WITH PROPERTY MARKET. I was shocked to receive that sms and told him off and that he should be ethical. His reply was that he has been in the service for long and knew what he was doing. why couldnt he have just replied, sorry but there isnt any property of such. HSR, you ought to get your agents to attend many course on being ethical and being well mannered. |

| Even in divorce case, also very hard to sell at valuation. Better to be prepared to buy above valuation. At least, you get more choices to pick and choose a unit you like. |

| I agreed....every agency has some black sheep. Let's not point finger at the agency. It's just bad behaviour from individuals that reflects badly on the company's image. |
