I would like to thank Mr Richard Sng (ERA) for his patience as we are very fussy over the selection of our unit. Although we have yet to purchase any unit over the past 6 months, he does keep us updated on any units which fits in to our requirements. I really appreciate his hard work & patience which we never experienced with previous agents that has served us. God Bless you.

I rented out my HDB @ Serangoon North Ave 1 through Richard not long ago. I was impressed by his consistent follow up with me. There was once he informed me that he was bringing co-broke agents for viewing but not a single co-broke agent came. But Richard still called to inform me & patiently waited for another half an hour at the void deck before he called it a day. Great Job! 3 cheers for Richard!

I was amazed by Richard's effciency in matching a suitable Tenant for my HDB unit @ Serangoon North Ave. 1 within 3 days. I will recommend my friends & relatives to him for any property requirements.

It is unbelievable that so many of this agent's client knew about this website and all so willing to write compliments, but all logged in as "Guest". "Guest" meaning, they could be anybody and could also be Richard writing his own compliment. Ha ha.  |

| yup, from the style of writing, looks like the same person. each person even has their own title. you should have written some in ah beng style to make it more convincing. |

| I THINK era GOT NO BUSINESS BA. Tht agent who wrote all the thing is not shy of himself???? he is just cheating ppl only. if u want to get listing pls do the proper way. this is the stupiest way. HSR & propnex agent never publish themself as landlord or tenant. PLS RICHARD (ERA) dont come n fool ard. |
