| as Philipine is an ASEAN country you do not need any visa or sponsor on the first time you get here. But they will only give you 2 weeks stays. For staying longer than that, you need extend it at ICA (immigration office). You'll then need a sponsor for stay extension. |

What do you plan to do in Singapore? If you are thinking about sightseeing, 2 weeks should be more than enough to see the major attractions. If you are planning to find work, it is better to get connected with recruitment agencies and plan your visit to coincide with the interview. Once you have a job, depending on some conditions, you could get an employment pass. You can stay longer and after sometime, you can apply for permanent residence.
