I don't think anything is FREE. You do earn a commission from broking the transaction, which is your reward for the work done and risk undertaken.

I don't think it is right to say that your services of financial planning, valuation of property, etc. is FREE, when it is obviously not.

Better to tell others that you provide the services and you charge clients a commission of certain percentage of the sale or a fee.
