| Wah, this ptswee never go to school before ah? Those students from the best schools are damn -censored- and arrogant ok. They are rude and disgusting with appalling behavior. They think they're much better than others u c!!!Not all but certainly not 0.1%. I'd say at least 65% from so called good schools have the worst attitude ever. Go and stand outside these good schools and c how they behave. |

i also have problems with my agent when selling my flat. and for your info, he is from ERA and holds quite a senior position. he did not do his job well during the transaction and still can claim his collegue went to malaysia hence never help us on the necessary things. then later when we don't accept his explaination, he pushed the blame to his clerk then to us and even ask his people to conspire with him to lie to us, pushing all the faults to me and my husband.
he is really a poor agent with lots of complaint from customers. now i am in contact with the ppl in his co. so i got all his background. so many customers are complaining against this agent and yet his co did nothing about it. tell you what...not only customers complaint about him. the ppl in his co even the customer service officer who handle our complaint also know that this agent is very problematic. just because his sales are high thats why he still in the co. now? how can ERA allow this kind of agent to stay in the co? with so many complaints and poor service attitude.
after this incident, i dared not use any agent for my future transaction especially ERA. i rather do it myself then paying this kind of agents. i felt like paying them to give me problems...
but i'm not saying that all agents are the same. i just feel that even agents from reputable co may not be trusted. and complaining to the co also no use, as i can see from my case. i can't blame the co having these kind of agents as there are so many agents in the co. but i dun understand since they got so many complaints against one agent, why they still allow him to stay in the co? i can tell you that this agent has reflected very badly to his co. if he still allow to stay, soon ppl will have no trust with the co any longer. |

his name is lewis ho. we really regret getting him as our agent. last week we have completed the transaction and he ask us for the 2% commission. i already told him very clear that we are only willing to pay 1% for getting us a buyer. we have lodged complaint to his co and have told him that 1% is fair enough. during the transaction, we are the one going down to hdb to hand in our documents and going over to the buyers for their signature on some documents.
anyway we have everything in record and also evidence against him on how he wanted his ppl to conspire with him to push the blame to us. that day he even dared to tell us that since the transaction is completed he is entitled to the 2%. saying the service during the transaction is not important as long it is now completed.
so beware of this agent! he got a very bad record. and i also do hope that the co should do something. dun let this agent here to spoilt your co reputation. |

Every company has bad agent, it is too bad that u had engaged him, next time try to get a good agent!
Sometimes, owner is the one to be blamed for causing all the problem, they only want to pay u 1% for selling their house and at a high price, e.g 50k above val.. Recently, I got this owner who engage me to sell his 3 room flat and a price above val. of 30k but paying me only 1% only. 1% for 3rm is only about 190K, after deducting company share, advertising cost, transport cost, opportunity cost, & others cost, u only left with few hundred dollars profit, worse than doing rental where u can always rented out at 1.6K within a day!  |

| i hv agreed to pay him 2% when i engaged him. but during the transaction too much problems arise so i make known to him that i will be only paying him1% and will terminate his sevice. not that i'm trying to cheat him for the other 1%...those served by him will know what kind of person he is. anyway i got all the evidence how he wanted to pushed all the blame to us by conspiring with his ppl. and also all the records that we hv to get things done by ourselves. thats no way for him to argue. |

It is too bad that u engage Lewis Ho, which is subjected to a lot of complaints. Two years ago, when I wanted to buy a 3rm from his owner in yishun, he told me that the selling price is 160K, but when I reached the house, he jerked up another 5k, telling me that how pitifully the owner need the cash, luckily, I smart enough not to buy his lousy stories and instead buy another 4rm corner in Yishun which is well renovated and at valuation price.  |

Although I knew Lewis Ho, and heard a lot of complaints about him, however, he has not offended me yet, so, I will not involve in anything against him! sorry, brother! My advice is that always look for sincere and patience people like me to help u marketing yr property!  |

Hey, regarding Lewis Ho, he is not only a bad agent as you guys have experienced firsthand, but he also makes use of students to help him give out his leaflets door-to-door for many blks and pays them a paltry $1.60 per blk--not only that, but he refuses to pay after you have finished and will only pay after "6 consecutive times and you've to give him photocopies of your IC and 1st page of bank account book". Hello, isnt that like, illegal?
Please do beware of this guy with questionable morals and even more questionable tactics and unscrupulous ploys.
