| Beware of agent with this hp number 98580946, simply has no snese of professionalism. I am owner juz receive call from this agent to enquire at the flat l am selling. He was so rude by telling me off for selling flat at such high COV and b4 l can tell him off, he already hung up! Can someone tell me how to lodge a complaint against him? |

Greeting to everybody
Read all postings, I think the tension is high.... Life is short - Relax 
Agents are all self employment, agents are only Associate to the company unless they own the business. Agents are independent contractor - they can change company overnight.
The key is not which company the agents come from - its all about their services & chemistry with clients.
There are always Good agents around regardless which company he or she is from.
Just sorry to hear that some have bad experience with agents, but this happened in all businesses - even for lawyers & doctors.
The fact is in service lines, everyone have their chance to meet bad customer once awhile. Stay positive, some time in life, there is a need of bad experience to appreciate the better one.
Sigh.... its just sad that at this moment of time, the government do not step in the regulate individual agent - even a taxi driver need license but not property agent who handling big ticket item.
Just my humble pointers.

| There is no need to offer redundant services for buyers. Buyers can flip the papers on their own and select whichever unit or house they want and find the owner or owner's agent. |

| There are so many type of ppl ard. Some are nice, some are not, it is a true fact! Not all agents are like that, some are nice agents that has been in the line for years. The key is not the Co. where he/she is from, it is whether he/she is professional enough or not. |
